The Villa at a Glance

5 bedrooms · 7 bathrooms · sleeps up to 12 · roughly 8,000 square feet across two levels. Five king or queen primary suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and most with direct ocean views. Two additional powder rooms for guests. Open-plan great room with cathedral ceilings, indoor and outdoor dining for twelve, a media lounge, and a covered beachfront terrace overlooking the pool deck.

Every bedroom has central air conditioning, blackout drapes, ceiling fans, premium linens, and either a king or queen bed. The primary suite features a private terrace with sunset views over the bay.

Pool, Jacuzzi & Beachfront

The Villa has its own private infinity pool that flows visually into the Caribbean Sea, paired with a heated jacuzzi for evenings under the stars. The pool deck is set with sun loungers, daybeds, and a covered outdoor lounge. The Zen Den deck — a beachfront platform with a long table for ten — sits directly on the sand for sunset dinners and morning coffee.

Limestone Bay in front of the villa is calm, shallow, and uncrowded. There are no beach clubs, no vendors, and rarely any other people on the sand. Safe for children and easy for swimming most of the year.

Kitchen & Dining

Full gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf gas range, double ovens, espresso machine, and a butler's pantry. Indoor dining for twelve at a single table, plus a covered outdoor dining terrace and the beachfront Zen Den. Casual seating at the kitchen island for breakfast and informal meals.

Pre-arrival grocery stocking is available on request. Private chef service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared in-villa) is available for an additional fee, with full dietary accommodation including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and allergy menus. The chef specializes in fresh Anguilla seafood and Caribbean fusion.

Every reservation at Sandcastle Villa includes our full-time staff at no additional charge: a personal concierge to plan and coordinate every detail before and during your stay, daily housekeeping, fresh linens, and a dedicated beach attendant who sets up chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys each morning. High-speed WiFi covers the entire property, and central air conditioning runs throughout.

Location — Limestone Bay, Anguilla

The Villa sits directly on Limestone Bay, on Anguilla's secluded north coast. Approximately 25 minutes from Clayton J. Lloyd Airport (AXA) and 25 minutes from Blowing Point Ferry Terminal — the arrival point for the 20-minute ferry from Marigot, St. Martin (SXM). Coordinates: 18.2206° N, 63.0686° W.

Anguilla is a small British Overseas Territory in the eastern Caribbean — sixteen miles long, known for thirty-three white-sand beaches and turquoise water. From the villa, you can reach Sandy Ground, Shoal Bay East, Rendezvous Bay, and the West End in 15–25 minutes by car.

Rates & Booking

Book direct for the best available rate — we never charge OTA commissions or middleman fees. Rates are seasonal: high season (mid-December through mid-April) carries a weekly minimum and books 6–9 months ahead for prime weeks; shoulder season (May, June, November) offers strong availability at 20–30% lower rates with the same Caribbean weather; low season (July through October) carries the lowest rates of the year.

Booking the Full Estate

For larger groups, the Villa can be combined with the adjacent Sandcastle Beach House (4 bedrooms, sleeps 8) to form the full Sandcastle Estate — 9 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, sleeping up to 20. The two villas share roughly 200 feet of beachfront and are ideal for destination weddings, multi-generational reunions, milestone birthdays, and corporate retreats.
