The Estate at a Glance

9 bedrooms · 12 bathrooms · sleeps up to 20 · roughly 13,500 square feet across two adjacent villas. Two private infinity pools (one per villa), two heated jacuzzis, two full gourmet kitchens, two beachfront pool decks, and the beachfront Zen Den deck with a long table for ten. The two villas sit 100 feet apart, sharing roughly 200 feet of soft white sand on Limestone Bay.

Every bedroom has central air conditioning, premium linens, blackout drapes, and en-suite or near-suite bathrooms. The combined floor plan gives every party privacy and quiet sleeping zones while keeping everyone steps from the same beach and pool decks for shared meals and gatherings.

For Weddings, Reunions & Retreats

The Estate is built for groups. Common uses include destination weddings, multi-generational family vacations, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, family reunions, and corporate retreats. The two-villa layout means every group has its own private living and sleeping zones, with shared beachfront and pool decks for meals, ceremonies, and gatherings.

Indoor and outdoor dining seats more than twenty across both villas. The beachfront Zen Den deck — a platform set directly on the sand with a long table for ten — is a frequent choice for sunset dinners, cocktail hours, and small ceremonies. Larger events can use the pool decks of both villas combined.

Two Pools, Two Jacuzzis, Two Kitchens

Each villa has its own private infinity pool that flows visually into the Caribbean Sea, paired with a heated jacuzzi for evenings under the stars. Each villa has a full gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, indoor and outdoor dining, and ample prep space — meaning two family parties can cook side by side without crowding.

Pre-arrival grocery stocking is available on request. Private chef service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared in-villa) is available for an additional fee, with full dietary accommodation. For larger events, multiple chefs and additional service staff can be arranged through our concierge.

Staff Included

Every reservation at the Sandcastle Estate includes our full-time staff at no additional charge: a personal concierge to plan and coordinate every detail before and during your stay, daily housekeeping across both villas, fresh linens, and a dedicated beach attendant who sets up chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys each morning. High-speed WiFi covers the entire property, and central air conditioning runs throughout both villas.

Available on request and quoted separately: private chef, in-villa massage and spa, boat charters, island excursions, butler service, wedding planning and event coordination, and airport or ferry transfer for groups of any size.

Location — Limestone Bay, Anguilla

The Estate sits directly on Limestone Bay, on Anguilla's secluded north coast — one of the island's quietest beaches with no beach clubs, no vendors, and rarely any other people on the sand. Approximately 25 minutes from Clayton J. Lloyd Airport (AXA) and 25 minutes from Blowing Point Ferry Terminal — the arrival point for the 20-minute ferry from Marigot, St. Martin (SXM). Coordinates: 18.2206° N, 63.0686° W.

Anguilla is a small British Overseas Territory in the eastern Caribbean — sixteen miles long, known for thirty-three white-sand beaches and turquoise water. The island is renowned for its restaurant scene; Blanchard's, Veya, Da'Vida, Smokey's, and Jacala are guest favorites, and the Sunday beach barbecues at Da'Vida and Elvis' on Sandy Ground draw regulars year after year.

Rates & Booking

Book direct for the best available rate — we never charge OTA commissions or middleman fees. The Estate carries a weekly minimum in high season (mid-December through mid-April) and books well in advance for prime weeks and event dates. Shoulder season (May, June, November) offers strong availability at 20–30% lower rates with the same Caribbean weather; low season (July through October) carries the lowest rates of the year.

Booking the Villas Separately

For smaller groups, the two villas can be booked independently: Sandcastle Villa (5 bedrooms, sleeps 12) and Sandcastle Beach House (4 bedrooms, sleeps 8). Both are full beachfront properties with their own pool, kitchen, and beach access — and both include the same full-time staff.
