Sandcastle Villa alone accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably, and with the Beach House, we can host larger gatherings or family reunions with added space and amenities.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due 60 days before check-in. For reservations made within 60 days of check-in, full payment is required at booking.

If canceled more than 60 days before check-in, a 100% refund minus credit card processing fees is provided. For cancellations between 30 to 60 days before check-in, deposits are non-refundable, but the stay may be rescheduled within 12 months, subject to availability and prevailing rates. Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in receive no refund unless force majeure applies.

Force majeure includes events like border closures, legal travel prohibitions, or significant property damage due to natural disasters. In such cases, cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival receive a full refund, while those made 14 days or less before arrival receive a 50% refund, with the remaining funds applicable to a future stay within 12 months.
